6/20- Re-Imagining & Re-Imaging w/Lucy-90minutes! This class goes to 10pm. Limit 10.

Explore yourself with self examination, group empowerment, truthful dialogue and a cleansing yoga and a healing closing meditation. Bring your dance journal if you have one. 

6/27- DanceFit ButtCamp with Lucy. Limit 12.

Dance like nobody is looking in this fun-filled fitness based class with bumpin hip hop and pop music. We'll touch on cardio, strength training and toning, core work and FUN!

7/11- Floor work & Bellydance with Samantha B.K. Limit 12.

Get down and get back up again-gracefully! Learn a few basic bellydance moves and about isolated body movement.

7/18- Pop Hip Hop with Nino. Limit 15. 

Learn a sassy pop-hop dance routine with Mr Sassy hisself- Nino from BOSS Entertainment. 

7/25- Wigs & Falls for Stage with Cherry Charming. Limit 20.

Long hair or short hair, this class will ease the stress of pre-show getting ready when you can skillfully apply a wig or change your look mid-show.

8/1- Bellydance Basics with Katja Amar. Limit 15. 

Basic isolated body movement with the allure of sensual bellydance. Earthy and sexy at the same time. 

8/8- Basic Hooping-Jessica Packard. Limit 10 and students may be asked to go in groups of 5 due to space needs of hooping. 

This ain't your grannies hula hooping! Nope- Jessica shares tricks and fun circus-esque moves to use with your own hula hoop. **Bring a hoop if you have one. 

Classes are typically 60 minutes long and if space allows, drop in price is $15 CASH ONLY. Wear comfortable, form fitted attire as you would to a yoga class or fitness class. Bring an open mind and a willinglness to learn some exciting new stuff to add to your toolbox. All classes are geared towards Beginner-Intermediate skill levels. Bring water. Cell phones OFF during class please. Arrive 10-15 minutes early via the BACK DOOR. Please enter quietly if the class before yours is still going on. Sign the liability waiver at the back door if this is your 1st class in our studio.  Park in our front lot or back lot (through the chain link gates) or as a last resort, at Starbucks along their back short wall that borders our property. 


Do you understand our classes are non-refundable for any reason and registration may not be held to a later date.
