Dance like nobody is looking in this fun-filled fitness based class with bumpin hip hop and pop music. We'll touch on cardio, strength training and toning, core work and FUN!
BRING/WEAR: Fitness attire, athletic shoes, sports bra, yoga mat or towel and water.
7/11- Floor work & Bellydance with Samantha B.K. Limit 12.
Get down and get back up again-gracefully! Learn a few basic bellydance moves and about isolated body movement. BRING/WEAR: Comfy form-fitted attire and either socks or flat dance shoes, water.
7/18- Pop Hip Hop with Nino. Limit 15.
Learn a sassy pop-hop dance routine with Mr Sassy hisself- Nino from BOSS Entertainment. BRING/WEAR: Comfy form-fitted attire and either sneakers or flat dance shoes, water.
7/25- Wigs & Falls for Stage with Cherry Charming. Limit 20.
Long hair or short hair, this class will ease the stress of pre-show getting ready when you can skillfully apply a wig or change your look mid-show. BRING/WEAR: dance journal to take notes.
8/1- Bellydance Basics with Katja Amar. Limit 15.
Basic isolated body movement with the allure of sensual bellydance. Earthy and sexy at the same time. BRING/WEAR: Comfy form-fitted attire and either socks or flat dance shoes, water.
8/8- Basic Hooping-Jessica Packard. Limit 10 and students may be asked to go in groups of 5 due to space needs of hooping.
This ain't your grannies hula hooping! Nope- Jessica shares tricks and fun circus-esque moves to use with your own hula hoop. BRING/WEAR: Comfy form-fitted attire and either socks or flat dance shoes, water., bring a hoop if you have one.
Classes are minutes long and if space allows, drop in price is $15 CASH ONLY. Bring an open mind and a willingness to learn some exciting new stuff to add to your toolbox. All classes are geared towards Beginner-Intermediate skill levels. Bring water. Cell phones OFF during class please. Park in our front lot or back lot (through the chain link gates) or as a last resort, at Starbucks along their back short wall that borders our property. Arrive 10-15 minutes early via the BACK DOOR. Please enter quietly if the class before yours is still going on. Sign the liability waiver at the back door if this is your 1st class in our studio.
